You’ll complete an onboarding questionnaire and upload progress photos so I can understand exactly where you’re starting from and what’s holding you back. This allows us to build a plan that fits your life, not just a template.

  • Next, you’ll receive a custom training plan built specifically for your schedule, goals, equipment access, and experience level. Every workout is designed to help you move better, get stronger, and actually enjoy your training — whether you’re in the gym, at home, or on the road. All programs are delivered through my coaching app so you can track every rep, weight, and progress metric in one place.

  • No restrictive diets. No “good” or “bad” foods. Together, we’ll build a simple and sustainable nutrition plan that matches your goals — whether that’s burning fat, building muscle, or performance You’ll learn how to fuel your body the right way while still enjoying the foods you love.

  • This is where the real magic happens. You’ll have direct access to me for ongoing support, weekly check-ins, progress reviews, and adjustments along the way. I’ll hold you accountable, challenge you when needed, and help you navigate any obstacle that comes up. You’ll never feel alone in your jounrey!

  • JD Endurance offers remote coaching for clients in San Diego and nationwide. Programs are delivered through my coaching app, allowing you to train at a gym, at home, or while traveling, with consistent support and accountability.

    Your plan will be based on your food preferences, training demands, and current habits. We’ll focus on what’s realistic and sustainable, not what’s trendy.
    Most of the time, we’ll use some form of calorie and macronutrient tracking — because those numbers give us the clearest picture of how your body is responding and ensure you’re in the right range to burn fat, build muscle, and feel your best.

    Whether you eat three meals a day or six, prefer structure or flexibility, gluten-free or dairy-free, we’ll design your plan around that. You’ll know exactly how to fuel your body for performance, recovery, and long-term results — without feeling restricted or burned out.

    At the end of the day, the goal isn’t to put you on a “diet.”
    It’s to teach you how to eat like the person you’re becoming — with confidence, awareness, and control.

  • No. Programs are built around the equipment you have access to. Whether you train in a fully equipped gym, at home, or with minimal equipment, your plan will be adjusted to match your situation.The emphasis of value led to our pricing being slightly higher than some of our lower competitors online, due to our premium service, constantly accessible coaching staff, and extremely in-depth coaching systems.

    And the emphasis on accountability led to our decision to eliminate any Paid in Full packages or offers, which are by far the most common way of charging clients for coaching companies. We believe this gives off a feeling of prioritizing the money over the clients success and experience. We also know, based on research, that people are more accountable when making smaller investments regularly compared to one large amount before the coaching engagement actually starts. And by us removing Paid in Full offers, we created more accountability for the client to adhere to the plan (as well as afford the coaching experience) and for the coach to perform their best (in other words; you won't continue paying if we aren't showing up and getting you results, and we like that kind of pressure to prove ourselves!).

    With that said, our services are currently set at $347/month and $497/month, depending on which package you're signing up for. The packages we offer are Nutrition Coaching and All-Inclusive Coaching, which includes both Online Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching together.

    Every client who is interested in working with Tailored Coaching Method, will have the opportunity to speak with a coach at no charge. This is what we refer to as our "Strategy Call" and is a 30 minute meeting with a coach, 1-on-1, to help you make the right decision on which package to go with, as well as deciding if Tailored Coaching Method is a good fit for you. We offer this at no charge and require it before anyone comes on board, as a way to be very open and honest with prospects—ensuring that nobody is making a purchasing decision that they're uncomfortable with or unsure about.
